a love dream
adult area immaculate grounds delicious food friendly staff
the adult area swim up room was perfect i awoke to the gentle sounds of the resort i found it easy to relax here. the grounds are kept immaculate i saw many workers caring for the lush greenery. food from the restaurants tasted delicious the main buffet offered many choices i especially liked the egyptian cuisine. staff members are friendly they always have a smile and are quick to help me.
the main pool was sometimes busy it created some noise.

excellent food delicious drinks varied entertainment
The buffet restaurant includes excellent food choices. i really enjoyed the fizz hour on the terrace (from 6-7pm). theo's coffee shop has delicious drinks and cakes overlooking the beach. it has varied entertainment too. Something for everyone!

consistently good food exercise machines prompt room service premium drink brands spotty wifi access worn beach towels
the food was consistently good. the gym had several machines, including treadmills and weights. i found the room service prompt and efficient.
the all-inclusive drinks lacked premium brands. wifi access in the room was spotty at times. the beach towels had some wear and tear.

i found the hotel very clean. rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided. the staff, particularly essam at the main pool, was wonderful. he welcomed us each morning and always checked if we were happy.
The evening entertainment was repetitive. It mainly consisted of singing. the hotel could introduce more variety acts. the drinks were quite watered down. i found the food to be bland, it lacked taste and variety.

I found the staff very helpful and kind. the food was consistently delicious, especially at the speciality restaurants. i particularly enjoyed the fizz hour each evening. It added a special touch to the day. the beach was amazing. The clear water had unbelievably beautiful fish.

the hotel offers excellent facilities, including well kept pools and pool areas. there are spacious areas and a plentiful supply of comfortable sunbeds. the fitness room provides a direct sea view, very special.

The rooms are quite big and spacious, with lovely baths and walk-in showers. a mini-fridge is stocked daily with cola, beer, and juice. the swim-up rooms had filters cleared approximately three times a day. The water was very warm.

The service was excellent, with staff carrying equipment to the end of the pontoon. waiters were constantly bringing drinks in the swim-up room area. the staff are amazing in all areas of the hotel. I received excellent service.

the hotel's location is fantastic, with a beautiful beach and amazing snorkelling. the water is very clear, and swimming shoes are recommended due to coral. the sea offers a magical world right at the hotel's jetty.

My visit lasted a few days. The room included a stocked mini fridge replenished daily. Staff provided excellent service everywhere. I enjoyed the spacious swim-up room and direct pool access.
