i found the hotel very clean. rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided. the staff, particularly essam at the main pool, was wonderful. he welcomed us each morning and always checked if we were happy.
The evening entertainment was repetitive. It mainly consisted of singing. the hotel could introduce more variety acts. the drinks were quite watered down. i found the food to be bland, it lacked taste and variety.

I found the staff very helpful and kind. the food was consistently delicious, especially at the speciality restaurants. i particularly enjoyed the fizz hour each evening. It added a special touch to the day. the beach was amazing. The clear water had unbelievably beautiful fish.

the hotel offers excellent facilities, including well kept pools and pool areas. there are spacious areas and a plentiful supply of comfortable sunbeds. the fitness room provides a direct sea view, very special.

The rooms are quite big and spacious, with lovely baths and walk-in showers. a mini-fridge is stocked daily with cola, beer, and juice. the swim-up rooms had filters cleared approximately three times a day. The water was very warm.

The service was excellent, with staff carrying equipment to the end of the pontoon. waiters were constantly bringing drinks in the swim-up room area. the staff are amazing in all areas of the hotel. I received excellent service.

the hotel's location is fantastic, with a beautiful beach and amazing snorkelling. the water is very clear, and swimming shoes are recommended due to coral. the sea offers a magical world right at the hotel's jetty.
